Seven Gates Pale AlePours a nice light golden hue nice tall egg white head with tons of sheet lacing. Simple biscuit aroma with hints of caramel, and grassy herbal hops. Simple flavor as well. Caramel malt with lots of herbal hops. Light citrus as well to round things out. Medium in body, good carbonation, hoppy bite in the finish. A nicely hopped pale ale.

Weyerbacher BlasphemyThis beer pours a beautiful copper color with the head rising slowly through the beer. However the head is very small. I expect this style to be a little more carbonated. The aroma of this beer is very complex. There are hints of oak, vanilla, plum, banana, and that sweet smell the you come to expect from a great Belgian style. The taste will blow you away with bourbon, vanilla extract, banana, and crystal sugars. Do me a favor do not drink this beer ice cold, drink this beer at cellar temperature. The flavors will be more prevalent at cellar temperature. This one of the finest after-dinner beers I have ever had.
